Safe Exchange is a service for parents who need a neutral environment for one parent or foster parent to drop off their child and for the other parent to pick up their child for visitation rights. Families who use this service may do so as a result of a court order or on a voluntary basis.

By providing a safe and pleasant environment for custodial and non-custodial parents, Safe Exchange supports the opportunity for children to have healthier relationships with both parents
